All these reviews make no sense.
This place is amazing.

I downgraded my review 1 star because if you do take out, it takes forever and a day.
I've been going here for over 10 years. Their sushi is always fresh, neat and decent size pieces. The ST Salmon Slam is among my favorite.
It's probably better to sit and eat here. It's no longer revolving sushi but they kept the same setup so it is small. Not ideal for large groups. -

Sushi is great. The servers and chefs are all friendly. But management isn't so friendly. They always seem on and micromanage employees not to mention they charge for every little thing. Added spicy mayo and eel sauce on my cali roll and charged me an extra four dollars per roll. Never ever have I been charge but apparently it's always been a thing.

I was torn between giving them 3 and 4 stars but after thinking about it a few times, I had to take it down to 3. I'll get to that further down but to start, the only seating is around the sushi bar, which is in the middle of the restaurant. It's kind of awkward but cool at the same time. Definitely not good for larger groups. Some of the food was good, some not so much.
- Pink lady roll: I believe this was roll with spicy scallop on the inside and salmon on the outside. It was not bad but the salmon slices on the outside were pretty small. Kind of sloppy too; almost every piece broke apart when picking up. The scallops were okay.
- Chef's special albacore roll: Kind of disappointing since they put so much "california roll" on the inside. Not a fan of that at all. Other than that it was pretty good.
- Shishito peppers: Wayyy too much garlic. Never have I ever had shishito peppers with so much damn garlic. Jeez! I still taste it the next day lol
- Exotic spider roll (not pictured): Decent, but some of the pieces just had fried soft shell (no meat). I wish they used meatier crabs.
The fish quality was pretty good, I guess it was just the execution. The menu is extensive too so it takes a while to decide on which rolls to get. In my opinion, there were too many mayonnaise rolls or california rolls. Although I overheard a lot of people ordering those so maybe they're just catering to their customers (no judging, just not my thing haha)... Lastly, they have large jars of wasabi and ginger sitting on the counters to kind of pass between customers. It wasn't very appealing to open a huge jar of wasabi and see a lot of water/liquid pooled at the bottom.
I'll give them another shot though since there were some other rolls on the menu that sounded good I didn't get to try. The service was also pretty good and parking in their lot was plentiful on a Monday night!
